Silver Falls

This past Saturday, we decided to go to Silver Falls for a hike.  It was a beautiful day, around 75 degrees, and Brad had never been.  I carried Spencer in the Baby Bjorn and we did a 5 mile hike which took us about 2 hours.  Spencer slept the entire time, waking up about 15 minutes before we got back to the car.  Just before we got the to car, he had a major blow-out, not only soiling his outfit but the inside of the Baby Bjorn, too!  So we got him naked on a picnic table and changed him into clean clothes which fortunately I'd packed in the backpack Brad was carrying.  I nursed him when we got to the car, then put him back in the carseat for the hour-long ride home.  We thought this would be a good trial run for how he might do with our upcoming trip to France.  He did great...let's hope things go as well in France!
