We're so close! The house should be "done" by this Friday. That means we should pass all of our inspections and it will be approved for "occupancy". But it will be about 2 more weeks before we can move in because there's lots of touch-ups and cleaning to do still. So the big move is scheduled for 3 weeks from now...we'll see!
That's the back of the house. And in the corner of the picture on the right is the dirt for our garden!
The grass is already growing in the backyard!
They were pouring the driveway while we were there. It's finished now. And the landscaping is getting close. They have a lot of shrubs to still plant, then topsoil on everything.
They just put these rails in last week. The railing is on the deck now, too.
Our new oasis.
My cool pantry door. This bathroom in the laundry/mud room is almost done, just needs the mirror installed.
We went for blue appliances. Nice, huh? We get to pull that protective film off in just a few more weeks!
The master shower. I can't wait to use it.
The dining areas. The chandelier on the right is missing the light covers still.
Rec room downstairs. It needs a TV, but otherwise is finished.
Our knobs turned out perfect. This is the kid's bath downstairs.
Outdoor kitchen. Fridge and cabinet fronts still need to go in. And that's a hook-up for a TV over the fireplace. That's all Brad.
And take 3. I painted the nursery and it's bathroom one more time. Third time is a charm. It's neutral and boring, but looks so much better than the glowing green. And now I have a neutral ceiling so when I'm ready to paint it again, I won't have to repaint the ceiling!
And last but not least, the laundry area. The stainless turned out great. I really like this room. Which is good, since I'm sure I'll be spending lots of time in here!

You have my keycard ready?
Hahaha! That made me laugh out loud!
So beautiful! I am hoping for your sake that you've moved in by now...would be wonderful to experience Christmas in a house like that!
