On Saturday, we took Spencer to his first pumpkin patch - Lee's Farms in Tualatin. He was so taken in by all of the sights he barely cracked a smile for the first hour. This is not your ordinary pumpkin patch. There is a miniature ferris wheel, an inflatable airplane to play inside of, a large bouncy bag and a bouncy gym, a big wavy slide...and then some of your more typical forms of entertainment like pony rides, tractor rides, a hay maze, petting zoo, baby cows, baby chicks. And yummy hot, fresh donuts with homemade apple cider. I think it was just as much fun for us as it was for Spencer! He played around in the pumpkins for awhile, then was off to see the sights. We took him on the slide 3 times...too bad it was $2 each time or I would have taken him 20 times! He belly laughed the entire way down. Such a happy guy!
