I went over to Terry and Susannah's 2 weeks ago. It was the first time that Emily and Sarah had met Spencer...Ian came to the hospital with Terry the day after Spencer was born. Emily was so excited to meet and hold him (as was Sarah). She decided that she would like to have a little brother or sister, so Susannah suggested that she be Spencer's big sister. She thought that was a good idea and apparently since then, she has been praying for her little brother Spencer every night. I saw Susannah at book club last night and she told me that Emily is still praying for Spencer every night, as well as during her daytime prayers. Brad and I think that this is just about the cutest thing we have ever heard and we are honored that Spencer has been adopted by Emily!
