Still pregnant

My due date has arrived (tomorrow) and I find myself still pregnant.  I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but I'm definitely disappointed.  I had an appointment today and I'm dilated about 1cm and the baby has dropped a little bit more, but he's not ready to come out.  It's very frustrating, although what's another week or two after already waiting 40?  I think I am most disappointed that he may not arrive while my sister is here, but as much as I've tried to talk him into it, he just isn't budging!  She doesn't leave until Thursday, so I guess there's still hope.  The good news is that I feel pretty good still.  I am very tired and still swollen, of course, but otherwise I'm not too uncomfortable.  Even with the 100 degree days we had last week, I wasn't too miserable.  We spent a few days out on the boat and a day at the pool and I felt pretty good.  So I will keep walking, keep thinking positive, and we will keep waiting.  They are now saying that they will probably induce me at 41 weeks if I am still pregnant, but we'll see!!!
