We are back from an another awesome vacation, this time in Sayulita, Mexico. What a beautiful, peaceful little town. The home we rented was perched on the cliff at the end of the beach. The waves were crashing constantly against the rocks, lulling us to sleep and waking us up in the morning. We could see down the beach into town, and walk there in 15 minutes. And every evening we had a perfect view of the sunset. Talk about paradise! And the best part was, we did pretty much nothing all week aside from laying by the pool, reading, playing,... and for everyone but me, drinking beer and margaritas! We did take a short road trip one day to another beach about 45 minutes north, which we were told about by a nice couple from Massachusetts that we met in town.
In terms of being pregnant, the week went well. I got to watch the beers go down like water and help make the margaritas, and then I got to wake up early the following day without a hangover and enjoy more of the day! I'm now in my second trimester and it appears that my belly is finally expanding. Some of it might be the baby, which Kim nicknamed Baby Mango while we were in Sayulita. But I think most of it is just bloating and stretching... it's strange and slightly uncomfortable but exciting none-the-less. I don't know how much longer I can get away with my regular pants. My jeans are okay still, since they stretch. But my work pants/skirts are very tight and I think I am almost ready for some maternity clothes... yikes! Fortunately, I think I can handle some shopping for me and Baby Mango!

Because I am at home now looking at your blog, I got to hear the heartbeat. How cool is that? My heart went soft and my eyes turned teary. Gramma in waiting.
I don't think many people would believe you are 3 months pregnant :-) You look fabulous!! I am sure the next 6 will treat you just as kindly. Can't wait to see the belly grow!
