8 months

These were Spencer's 8 month pictures.  We were actually in Florida when he turned 8 months (those pictures are yet to come), so these were taken about a week later.  He is crawling faster every day, has learned to climb stairs, is starting to clap and wave his arms, and is babbling more than ever.  He seems to really like our nanny, as do we.  Things are going really well being back at work.  He is a great eater and takes a bottle now.  We are almost done nursing, sadly.  I am really having a tough time giving it up, but have decided it is time.  For one reason, I need to get a period so we can try getting pregnant again.  And I really need Spencer to sleep through the night!  Yes, he still wakes up 2 or 3 times every night.  I haven't had the guts to let him completely cry it out yet...it will be my last resort.  The funny thing is, being up once or twice at night with him hasn't bothered me.  I almost enjoy it.  But more than twice makes me really tired and really frustrated.  Regardless, he is such a happy baby.  He giggles and smiles so much...I still can't get enough of him!
