Spencer meets the Oliveris, Ashlyn turns 7

I flew out to Boston the 7th through the 16th.  My nieces were SO excited to meet Spencer.  Brad decided at the last minute to fly out with me, so he spent 4 days with us, then flew home.  Ashlyn turned 7 the day after we arrived and she had a big birthday party at the local indoor fun park.  My sister had a 4-day weekend with Veteran's Day (she took a personal day on Monday), so we went shopping on Monday.  I got to pick Ashlyn and Paige up from school a few times.  We spent the week hanging out, playing games, reading books, just hanging out.  We went to Patriot Place, which is where the New England Patriots play (Tom Brady was unfortunately nowhere to be seen).  We had some perfect New England weather (cool and crisp).  It was really great to see my sister and nieces with Spencer, and by the end of the week even Steve was digging him.  He's such a great baby...I love him more and more every day.  He started giggling while we were there...the first time was for my sister and I missed it, but I got to see and hear it the next day and it absolutely melts my heart.  He is doing it every day now.  Yesterday, he starting giggling every time Brad put him in front of the cat.  It was hilarious.  Three days ago, he also rolled over for the first time.  I thought it was probably an accident, but the next day he did it again, 4 or 5 times in a row.  He hasn't done it since, but luckily I got it on video.  It seems like every day is something new...I am dreading going back to work and honestly don't know if I will be able to do it.  But I am going to return in January and see how it goes.  I'll take him with me for now.  If it's not working out, Brad and I have agreed for me to take some more time off.  So we'll see...  For now, it's one day at a time and I am enjoying every minute of it!
