I think Brad had a great first father's day. It was pretty mellow because he was on-call. We went to brunch, then stayed home for most of the day and relaxed. He got to watch lots of sports which always makes him happy. One of his father's day gifts was a subscription to the MLB package, so this made it possible for him to watch golf, soccer, and baseball at the same time. We started the celebration a little bit early because I had ordered fresh Maine lobster as part of his gift, so this arrived Friday afternoon. When he got home from work, I told him to go ahead and get changed into something comfortable. When he came downstairs, Spencer was wearing his Red Sox gear and the TV was tuned to the Red Sox game, which was when he figured out that we now had the MLB package. I then gave him a box to open, which had 2 live Maine lobsters inside. I made him put them in the boiling water...I love to eat them but watching them get cooked is another story! All in all, I think he was surprised and enjoyed himself more than he would have imagined.
These pictures were hilarious. Spencer has no fear (yet). He did the same thing when Brad showed him a snake a few months ago!

These are great pics! First father's days are pretty special. We had a good one this year too because my whole family was at my house for tyler's wedding and we watched a DVD about my Dad together. You seem really happy...which makes me happy :)
